The European patent EP 1 279 838 A1 relates to a method for producing a non-releasable connection of two workpieces along a common, flächenigen area. Perforations are provided in the area in which bolt-like elements are inserted with one end and fixedly arranged. Finally, a further hardening adhesive is injected through further holes to ensure a firm connection. This method is particularly suitable for the glued and inseparable joining of two pieces of wood. The compound maintains its strength after the curing of the liquid adhesive. This process is complex because additional perforations are necessary and an additional expenditure on equipment for the supply of the liquid adhesive is required. The time required for the curing of the adhesive has a negative effect on the throughput time in the technical production process. As a material for Staketengelännder steel or CNS is mainly used, the steel construction elements are protected by means of expensive hot-dip galvanizing against corrosion (rust) and joined together by means of welding. A disadvantage of today's method is on the one hand the great expense for the entire processing process from manufacturing to applying the corrosion protection and on the other hand, to ensure the desired quality of welded or bolted elements with reasonable technical effort, and the extended manufacturing time. The present invention is therefore based on the object to provide a method in which the aforementioned disadvantages are eliminated. This object is solved by the features specified in claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the dependent claims. The invention presented here on the one hand enables the efficient and reliable production of Gelandern, especially stainless, prefabricated and easy-to-install Staketengeländer aluminum, and on the other hand allows easier installation on site because of the lower unit weight. According to the invention, this is achieved by the inventive method in that - by means of a connecting element a mated and compressed and bolted and unslosable connection between two flat aluminum components results, - the connection has no weld seams, - the connecting element the combination of a thread-forming part having a retention mechanism. Overall, with the proposed process of the invention, as a result of the more efficient processing without the need for costly anti-corrosive treatment, better productivity, better standardization in the manufacturing process, better quality and optically better appearance of the end products compared to other known processes. In particular, a "tearing" of the fastener from the components is greatly reduced, the compound requires no adhesive, the strength is achieved immediately after compression, the compound is non-rusting and the connection between two aluminum components is invisible. The present invention will be further elucidated below on the basis of exemplary embodiments with reference to drawings.
